Choose the timezone you are in from the list. Use the arrow keys to move up or down the list, and the Tab key to move between elements. Use the Space bar or the Enter key to select.
Some people leave the timezone as London or UTC. This allows you to leave your PC's hardware clock set to the local time. There are a couple of disadvantages to this setting:
You will not be able to use a network time server to accurately set your PC's time, via the Time Administrative Web Page.
If your local timezone changes from Winter to Summer or Daylight Savings to Standard time, you will have to remember to manually change IPCop's clock. If you set the timezone to your correct timezone, IPCop will automatically adjust the time for you.
